Mucky Merch Info and FAQ

Our mucky merch is printed on demand and drop-shipped direct to you, minimising the waste associated with over-production and holding of stock. Producing merchandise in this way also allows us to offer a much larger range of designs and even produce one-offs to special order.

Some items are made in the UK, others are made overseas and imported. Post-Brexit, if the total value of your order is above the import threshold (£135 at the time of writing, please check if you’re not sure) you will be charged VAT and import duties. If so, you may wish to split your purchase into multiple orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. If I order something and change my mind, can I send it back? Generally, because these items are custom printed for you, they fall outside the scope of the Distance Selling Regulations, so we are not required to accept returns. However, if you have a reasonable question please feel free to ask and if we can help, we will.

  2. Can I order items to collect from Race Registration? No, sorry we don’t have that facility.

  3. How do I know if an item is made outside the UK? If an item is made outside the UK, we will say so on the product details page.

  4. Can I try clothing for size before ordering? Yes, of course. We have clothing samples to try at race registration.

  5. How long does delivery take? It varies, but we recommend allowing 1-2 weeks. Simple items printed in UK, e.g. ceramic mugs are often quicker than this. Complex items printed overseas, e.g. kit bags, can take a bit longer. Expect extended delivery times at peak season, e.g. Christmas or Black Friday.

  6. How much is postage and packaging? First item £3.99, each additional item £0.49
